Marine was Citadel grad

Marine Capt. Warren A. Frank was killed last week while distributing humanitarian aid in a province north of Baghdad, becoming the 13th Citadel graduate to die in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.  Marine Capt. Warren A. Frank, who was killed in Iraq last week, likely will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery.  Frank, 26, who grew up in the Cincinnati area, died Nov. 25. He was a member of the Class of 2004.

Bulldogs Dedicate New Wrestling Mat Dec. 4

Charleston, S.C. - The Citadel Bulldog’s new wrestling mat will be dedicated in memory of Brian Ruff, Jr. on Dec. 4. The Bulldogs will hold a brief ceremony prior to their match against Ohio University. The ceremony will begin at 6:50 p.m.in McAlister Field House followed by the first match of the evening set for 7 p.m. Brian Ruff, Jr. passed away on January 18, earlier this year.

Bulldogs' Long Range Too Much for Grambling State

CANCUN, Mexico – The Citadel Bulldogs (4-3) were hot from behind the arc in their 55-41 victory over the Grambling State Tigers (1-4) Sunday afternoon to conclude the Cancun Challenge Tournament. The Bulldogs shot 46.2 percent from the 3-point line with Zach Urbanus leading the Bulldogs in 3-point field goals.
