All employees and students are entitled to a positive learning and working environment free of any type of sexual harassment. The Citadel's administration has a zero tolerance for any form of sexual harassment or sexual violence. In severe instances, cadets or employees may be expelled or have their employment terminated.

The Citadel Female Assimilation Plan Revisions for SY 97-98 Revised Plan for Assimilation of Female Cadets ACTION ITEM 1: The Citadel shall establish a position in the Admissions and Recruitment Office not later than 1 July 1997, who will be responsible for coordinating all female recruiting and related tasks.
