All must fight terror, official says

The threat is complex and involves more than just connecting the dots.  "Information comes at us like a cloud. It's constant and it's complicated," she said.  Napolitano spoke Thursday to the Corps of Cadets at The Citadel in McAlister Field House for the school's Greater Issues Series.  Napolitano's visit came amid controversy over the federally mandated REAL ID program, to which South Carolina and about a dozen other states are opposed. The state Department of Motor Vehicles used part of a $2.1 million grant from the Department of Homeland Security to issue new driver's licenses that are more difficult to counterfeit and more tamper-proof, but they don't meet the federal REAL ID standards. The state has until May 10 to comply.
